Free parking near the VA Beach Oceanfront

Between October and April 1, free two-hour parking is available on Atlantic Avenue between 6th and 38th streets. Here’s the full schedule of free parking:

• Free parking between 15th and 38th streets: 11 AM to 11 PM – Oct. 1, 2019 through April 1, 2020.
• Free parking between 6th and 15th streets: 11 AM to 11 PM – Oct. 1 through Nov. 21, 2019; 11 AM to 4 PM – Nov. 22 through Dec. 31, 2019
