To find those free street parking spots, here is what you need:

Most of the spots in Downtown Salt Lake City are metered. But some are free. To locate them you can use the SpotAngels map before navigating to your desired area.

Salt Lake City Parking Rules:

Salt Lake City has some nice parking rules. All Pay Stations and meters are enforced Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM up to 2 hours, Saturdays are free parking for 2 hours, and Sundays parking is free all day.
