To find those free street parking spots, here is what you need:

Map of Free Parking
Most of the spots in Downtown Fort Worth are metered. But some are free. To locate them you can use the SpotAngels map before navigating to your desired area.

Fort Worth Parking Rules:
Fort Worth has some nice parking rules, it offers free parking for Two hours once daily from 10 AM to 5 PM in the West 7th Street area.
Metered spots in the central business district, the medical district, and along University Street near TCU are enforced from 8 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday.
Metered spots in the Cultural District on Will Rogers West are enforced from 6 AM to 10 PM Daily.
parking meters are enforced Daily from 10 AM to 10 PM in the West 7th Street area south of West 7th Street, west of Foch Street, north of Lancaster Street, and east of University Drive.
